Since 2000, we have focused on five primary service areas in serving our clients: executive leadership; administration; communications; operations and merchandise. Since our founding in 1994, we have worked with amateur sports associations, youth sports organizations and leagues, coaches associations, recreation agencies, foundations, and college athletic conferences. Following is an overview of our services:
- Executive Leadership. Coordinate work of volunteer leadership groups – boards and committees – providing advice and counsel on issues under consideration, assisting with strategic planning efforts, and guiding implementation of policies.
- Administration. Manage daily administrative services, including finance and budget; office services; insurance; membership and registration, and meeting coordination.
- Communications. Provide corporate sponsor and advertising planning, management and sales; publishing services; public relations and promotions; media relations, and website administration.
- Operations. Coordinate operational aspects of programs, events and facilities, to include scheduling of games and practices; scheduling and supervising officials; concession operations; coaches training; rules development; working with volunteer committees, and providing on-site staffing.
- Merchandise. Management of a full range of services that can be provided for teams, organizations and individuals, including embroidery services, screen-printing and name brands. Uniforms and accessories for teams/squads of all ages is provided in a variety of sports, including basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, hockey and volleyball. Uniform and accessories for officials of all sports are available, as well as spirit-wear, t-shirts and sweatshirts.
